When I’m overwhelmed by a mountain of tasks, I always think back to my dad’s favorite saying: “How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time.” This quote is often attributed to  Desmond Tutu , the South African archbishop and human rights activist, and it’s one of those timeless reminders that helps us keep moving forward when things feel impossible.
